About This Role

The Full Stack Developer will play a critical role in the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable, and cloud-native applications that support Acentria Group’s internal platforms and client-facing digital solutions. This role will support: • Enterprise system modernization • Development of digital platforms and portals • Migration toward microservices and cloud-native architectures • Secure system integrations across multiple business lines The role requires strong hands-on engineering capability, architectural thinking, and close collaboration with cybersecurity, governance, and business stakeholders.

Job Description

  1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

Functional / Technical

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern technologies (e.g. React, Node.js, Python.
  • Build secure and efficient APIs and backend services.
  • Design and optimize relational and Postgres databases for performance and reliability.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
  • Ensure application performance, availability, and scalability through monitoring and optimization.
  • Maintain clean, secure, and well-documented codebases.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to address OWASP Top 10, secure coding, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Support cloud infrastructure automation and deployments within AWS environments.
  • Provide technical support and escalation for critical production issues.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Adhere to secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) principles.
  • Support compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, data protection, and internal ICT governance frameworks.
  • Ensure proper change management, version control, and audit traceability.
  • Maintain system documentation to support audits, continuity, and regulatory readiness.

People & Collaboration

  • Contribute to team capability building.
  • Promote agile delivery, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, peer code reviews, and technical knowledge sharing.

2.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum level of academic qualification, skills and knowledge required to perform effectively in the role:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field

Minimum level of professional qualification required to perform effectively in the role:

  • AWS Certified Developer / Architect
  • Agile / Scrum certification

Minimum level of Technical experience required to perform effectively in the role:

  • Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, API Gateway)
  • Front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue
  • Back-end development: Laravel,Node.js, Python
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL,
  • API development: REST / GraphQL
  • CI/CD, Git, DevOps tooling
  • Security-aware development practices

Minimum months or years of experience required to have to perform effectively in the role:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Proven experience with microservices and system modernization
  • Track record of delivering end-to-end solutions in agile environments
